All Kita’s Kitchen Dog & Cat food is sent via DPD 24 hour delivery, fully tracked and usually with a 1 hour time slot. Please ensure you carefully enter your mobile telephone number and e-mail address at checkout, as these are used not only to communicate with you, should there be any problems with your order, but also to inform you of your delivery schedule.

If you wish to leave specific delivery instructions, such as leaving your delivery in a safe place, should you not be in, please enter this information with your order at checkout, and we will pass the information onto the delivery service. However, we cannot guarantee they will comply, as all couriers are different, and some insist on a signature. With DPD, you can download their app on your smartphone, and state your preferred safe place.

We aim to dispatch on the day you place your order, if placed before 2pm with a delivery aim of the next working day, orders placed on Fridays will be delivered on Monday (excluding Bank Holidays) and orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday (except when the Monday is a Bank Holiday). We can not guarantee your order will be delivered the next working day, but in the majority of cases it will be.

England, Wales & Southern Scotland Delivery

FREE delivery on orders of £39.00 or more. Orders that are less than £39.00 will have a delivery charge of £4.99 charged to their order.

The following areas of the UK have a delivery surcharge of £8.99

  • AB 44 to 56 – Aberdeen/Highlands

  • BT – Northern Ireland

  • FK17 to 21 – Northern Highlands

  • G83 – Glasgow

  • GY – Guernsey

  • Hs – Northern Highlands/Oban

  • IM – Isle of Man

  • IV – Northern Highlands

  • JE – Jersey

  • KA 27 to 28 – Arran/Oban

  • KW – Highlands/Orkney/Shetlands

  • PA 20 to 99 – Northern Highlands/Oban

  • TR21 to 25 – Isles of Scilly

  • ZE – Orkney/Shetland

Southern Ireland has a delivery surcharge of £8.99

Returns & Deliveries Arriving Damaged

Should any product purchased from Kita’s Kitchen Ltd be found to be faulty, damaged in transit, or differing from the description given at the website then we will be pleased to arrange to either refund or replace the product at the discretion of the customer. All returns must be notified to Kita’s Kitchen Ltd within 21 days of delivery of the product.
In the event of a customer purchasing an item from mistakenly and through no fault of Kita’s Kitchen Ltd, we will be pleased to replace or refund the item provided that the original item is returned to Kita’s Kitchen Ltd unused and in saleable condition. In cases where the customer is either unable or unwilling to arrange return carriage after mistakenly purchasing a product, We reserve the right to charge an uplift fee to cover the cost of employing a courier company to collect the item from the customer.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
